It’s a habit that Scott Brooks can live with – as long as the team keeps winning. The Oklahoma City Thunder withstood an early shooting barrage from the visiting Minnesota Timberwolves and then put on a second half defensive and offensive team display of their own, overcoming an 11 point second quarter deficit to finally take the lead early in the fourth of a 113-103 win. It was their 9th straight home win to start the season, including six in a two week home stand that ended with this comeback victory. Oklahoma City now plays three games in a four night road stretch beginning at Sacramento Tuesday night.
Oh, and by the way, Kevin Durant turned in a triple-double… ho-hum, just another night at the office.
You can hear my recap of the game on KOSU-FM Monday morning, but if you can’t tune in then, you’ll catch some post-game locker room sound and my recap below.
