Conditions at Riyue Bay have increased slightly, holding steady in the 5- to 7-foot range, reeling lefthanders, with light offshore winds, at Riyue Bay for the third day of the Hainan Classic, an ASP 4-Star event which is produced by the ISA. After an amazing second day, which presented the first Perfect 10 in China by Marc Lacomare (FRA). The action begins with the Round of 16, and then will run directly into the quarterfinals.
Dion Atkinson (AUS), Messias Felix (BRA), Romain Cloitre (FRA) and Tomas Hermes (BRA) are the first athletes to enter the water in Heat 1 of the Round of 16.
